At Kodak UAE, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
How to Request a Return

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods
Beauty and personal care products that have been opened or used
Gift cards
Clearance, sale, or promotional items
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing may take up to 10 business days after approval.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional processing time may apply.
Shipping charges, delivery fees, and Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
